Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Kansas

My mother passed away and had a will, can i get a copy? Im sure i was in the will but she passed Feb of 2013 and nothing has been mentioned

If you do not know who has the will, you may need to file to open an estate for your Mom, in order to force the holder of the will to produce it. You should consult directly with a probate practice attorney, in your area, about your next best step.
