Legal Question in Workers Comp in Kansas

In a settlement with workcomp, I had to answer yes or no to a question referring to future medical. I answered that question yes because I thought I was saying that I would not need workcomp's medical assistance in the future for the injury. Now I have received a denial for payment from BCBS for a visit with my family physician who will be my source of help from now on. WHY?
