Legal Question in Workers Comp in Kansas

I was stung by a wasp at work and now I am going to be punished for it. Is this normal behavior from an employer?

As this coudl be workman's comp claim, it seem svery unusual for an employer to punish or dicipline and employee for gettign stung. If you violated a law, ordiance or company policy that resulted in you getting stung, that could change the situation a little.
