work injury

I had a accident at work back in1994, i was rated & settled, I have had another accident, and injured the same part of my body, had to have sugery this time, will they re rate this injury over again

It appears that your condition was worsened by the second accident. A new rating is appropriate. Also, a second opinion by a doctor chosen by your attorney may be warranted.
