Accident
I let my sister drive my suv without a liscense and she was in an accident in which she ran into a gas station causing thousands of dollars in damage and injuring a person to make things worse i found out my insurance just lapsed so there was no insurance what should i do

You have several problems. You will be held liable in some degree. Your assets will be subject to pay the damages. An additional problem is that you let a person with no license drive the vehicle.
