We are currently cohabitating, would i have to use her income and expenses for the means test or just mine. and if I file BEFORE getting married, will getting married while the case is pending effect us?

Re: Getting married need to file Bankruptcy
The marriage, itself, will have no affect on the bankruptcy.
However, if there are debts held jointly, an individual bankruptcy will only discharge your obligation for the debt.
One possibility would filing a joint bankruptcy after the marriage to ensure all elgible debts are discharged.
Please feel free to call me if I can assist you with the case further.
