Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kentucky
sentencing for Terroristic Threatening
what is the reccomended sentencing for Terroristic Threatening? The offender has opted for a jury trial. What can I as the victim expect. There should be plenty of proof as the phone call was recorded and traced. (Actually there were 3 threats made)
Thanks
