Legal Question in Disability Law in Kentucky

Court appointed attorney in ADA case

Any precedent on having a court appointed attorney in a ADA matter? I asked for one in US District Court, London KY, and was denied. I already have this suit in court. I do need an attorney and connot afford to hire one. thank you

Because the ADA allows for an award of attorney's fees in cases that win, worthwhile cases generally do not require a plaintiff to pay anything up front. This might mean either A) you have not tried hard enough to find an attorney (perhaps contacting attorneys who do not handle or are not familiar with ADA law), or B) your case is a bit of a dog.
