Appealing a domestic violence order

Wife arrested for Domestic Violence in Tennesse,we live in TN, children go to school in TN. Upon return of home she flees to KY and files Emergency Protective Order against husband in KY.In the meantime husband files for divorce in Tennesse. At hearing in KY the Emergency Protective Order turns to a Domestic Violence Order and I want to appeal this decision based on jursisdication and I believe the judge discrimates against men. What can I do?
