Legal Question in Banking Law in Kentucky
if an automobile is purchased with a cashiers check, and the check has already cleared the purchers bank, why is my bank holding the check for 10 days? Does the purchaser have 10 days to change his mind, as the bank is saying?

No, it's just your bank's policy to protect against fraud.
