Legal Question in Banking Law in Kentucky
my boyfriend and i have a joint savings account. we recieved our statement and half of it was withdrawn for a debt that he owed to another bank is this legal?

So long as there was a judgment and garnishment order in place, then yes. They can seize any assets he owns.
