Legal Question in Banking Law in Kentucky
If I have used my moms and stepdads debit card without them knowing and spent a little over 200dollars, what is going to happen to me?

They could have you prosecuted for theft, which is a misdemeanor at that amount. I would suggest you make it right with them, pay them back what you owe them, and in the future, don't take things that don't belong to you.
