Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Kentucky

I have an 800+ credit score

I recently spent a month in the hospital and about 2 months recuperating

I had no insurance and it took what little savings I had to live on while being off work

Now all these doctors are threatening me with lawsuits and collection agencies

What can I do ?

This is a perfect example of why we have bankruptcy as an option: unavoidable debt that cannot be paid. To avoid lawsuits and garnishments of wages and bank accounts, you will likely have to file either a Chapter7 or a Chapter 13 depending on what works best for your circumstance.
