Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Kentucky
In a bankruptcy case, once a reaffirmation agreement has been signed by the creditor and debtor can the creditor go back and change the balance, term and monthly payment that the debtor agreed upon? The bankruptcy has not yet been file but should be very soon. Everything is paid for and signed.

A reaffirmation agreement is not "final" until entered and allowed by the bankruptcy court. Completing a reaffirmation before filing the bankrutpcy could be problematic.
