If a civil judgement is made against me regarding past credit card debt. Can I still include the Debt collection company I have been ordered to pay in a total debt relief bankruptcy?

Yes, a civil judgment can be included in a bankruptcy. If the judgment is based on allegations of fraud, there may be a dischargeability problem, but for a simple judgment based on a debt, the judgment debt can be discharged.
