i need to know how long u have to wait if u filed chapter 7 a few yrs ago how soon u can do it again? and if i can what r my options?

You are not eligible to receive a discharge in a Chapter

7 (liquidation) bankruptcy within six years after

a previous discharge in a Chapter 7 bankruptcy. You

may be able to file under another Chapter, such as Chapter

13, sooner.
