Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Kentucky
I am currently in a Chapter 13 bankruptcy. I am supposed to send my trustee the first $1000. of our refund. Now that I have moved out of Ky, does that count for the state tax too, or just federal refund? I didn't get a full $1000. back from federal, so my question is are they entitled to the state refund also eventhouh it's not Ky anymore? Thank you.

The Bankruptcy court is a federal court with federal jurisdiction. They do not care whether your tax return money came from Kentucky or Egypt.
