Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Kentucky
Check cashing
I am considering bankruptcy. Can I file on check cashing services like Check into Cash?
They make you sign a form saying that you do not intend to file bankruptcy but how binding is this?
If I cannot file on what I owe to the check casher do they have to work out payment arragements or do I have to keep writting them checks every payday?

Yes, you can file bankruptcy and you can list a debt even if you signed a document "promising" not to file bankruptcy.
Of course, there could be other reasons why bankruptcy is not the best solution for you or why the debt in question cannot be discharged in bankruptcy, but that is something to consider in consultation with a qualified bankruptcy attorney.
