Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Kentucky
What can you do if you file bankruptcy on a vehicle but they never come and get it and the vehicles motor is blown?

If the bankruptcy case is closed out, then I would send the creditor who held the lien on the car a final letter, by certified mail and a copy by regular first class, saying the vehicle would be sold for scrap in 21 calendar days unless the came and retrieved it prior to then. If they do not respond, which they likely won't do, then sell it for scrap.
If the bankruptcy is still open, then your lawyer should advise you.
