Can I file a bankrupty claim??
My husband filed a chapter 7 two years ago.We tried to save me by not includeing me it. our debt is outrageous. I have been in credit counseling for 6 months but the payments are as much as they were before the only difference is we are current on most debts now. we are barely keeping up. i wasn't sure if I could file a 7 since they are current or can i file 13? he is a authorized user on some. can they go after him since he never signed to be a co signer? or is a authorized user different?? help!!

You can file a Chapter 7 or a Chapter 13, but will probably want to
file a Chapter 7. Please consult an attorney in your area.
