Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Kentucky
I filed bankruptcy and had relief granted. I completed my financial planning course and submitted the certificate to the trustee in my case. I recently recieved a letter telling me my case had been closed because I had not filed my certificate. What can I do now

You will need to move the court to re-open the case. The certificate did not need to go to the Trustee but to be filed with the court clerk. If you act quickly, this may end up a "no harm no foul" kind of situation.
