Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Kentucky

Filing Chapter Seven Bankruptcy and want to know if I still am liable for the taxes on the house I am forclosing in and if I will recive my end of the year taxes.

If your house foreclosure goes through to a sale by the master commissioner, then taxes should be paid from the proceeds of that sale.
As for receiving your "end of the year taxes" I am assuming you mean your tax refund. If your discharge has not been granted when you receive the refund, it will depend on how much of a refund there is and whether you had any exemptions left over that could cover it as to whether the trustee goes after that money.
