My bankruptcy has been discharged. Will I still be able to get my income tax refund next year?

Assuming you filed a Chapter 7 (Liquidation) Bankruptcy
this year, you have received a discharge, and the case is
closed, then yes, you should get your tax refund next year
UNLESS there is an offset for a debt which was not
dischargeable.
