Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Kentucky

Approximately 4 years ago my husband and I filed bankruptcy in relation to a failed business. There was judgement against my husband regarding this business which was included in the bankruptcy. We recently applied for a home loan and found out that a lien exist on our house from this judgement. What do we need to do?

You need to contact your attorney to discuss employing him to reopen your case to file a motion with the Court to have the lien "avoided"
