Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Kentucky
just got married and need to file bankrupcy
My daughter just got married two weeks ago. She has had two vehicles repo-ed in the last 6 monthes due to a previous boyfriend. She's thinking she may need to file bankrupcy. Will this affect her husbands credit? Will he need to be listed on this? His name is not on either vehicle.

Her husband's credit should not be affected. His income, however, will be considered to some extent in determining whether she can file a Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 bankruptcy.
