Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Kentucky
can a person sue a bank if the bank contunes to send payment due statements after a bankrupty discharge (a total of 9 months after) I was told they are in violation of federal court/the property could be taken by the court and given to the person or could be given a cash fine/thanks please give me a answer if this is free!!! this was filed in ky and discharged/ bank has been contacted many time over the last few months/ they act as they don't care

Yes, the violation of the discharge order can be pursued in the bankruptcy court and attorney fees can also be awarded through such an action.
