Co -Signers in Bankruptcy
My family and I need some info. on Bankruptcy. If we file bankruptcy how will it effect our Co-Signers.
We have Co-signers on an auto lone, and two bank loans.

Who ever signs on a loan is responsible. Therefore, if one signer files for bankruptcy, the other signer is responsible for that debt. See my web page for more information on bankruptcy. www.attorney-4u.com
