Legal Question in Business Law in Kentucky
I sent over $1300 to a private academy for my 3 children. they attended for only 2 days but i decided not to go forward because the director kept switching up her word. Now she won't refund me, and a lawyer said it is a waste going to court because of the money. How can i get my hard earned money back?

You can file in small claims court and try to get your money back and you probably don't need a lawyer.
