Legal Question in Business Law in Kentucky
business cell phones
Can a business charge 25 cents a minute for incoming personal calls on a business cell phone when you have no control over who is calling you and the calls cost the business nothing & at the .25/min. rate you are writing them a check more than double the actual bill or should you only be required to pay at a max. that month's bill when this happens???

Re: business cell phones
If it is their phone, they can do anything they want. It is up to you not to tell others not to call you on that phone. Use your personal cell phone.
