Legal Question in Business Law in Kentucky
My daughter is on a dance team and pays $250/month tuition. she recently fractured her ankle and cannot dance for 2 months. her dance teacher/owner wants her to still pay the $250 tuition even though she cannot dance and is not attending classes while she heals. Do we have to pay this tuition?
