Dissolved partnership
How can partners sue each other in a Limited Liability Compamy with an expressed Agreement.

Suing someone is the easy part, winning is the hard part. Without knowing more, there are some causes of action, such as breaching a fiduciary duty, that simply cannot be contracted away with an express agreement. However, this does not mean the suit would survive summary judgment. This is why it is good to consult an attorney when going into business with someone and a good reason to have one defend you once sued.
