What is an employer's exposure if a supervisor is being harrassed at work by a terminated employee?

It depends on what you are calling harrassment; if it is a former emplyee the HR department should be alerted or management to take step s to stop the harrassment. The employer has to take reasonble steps ot make sure the work palce is safe. If it just e-mail then there should be a way to block.
