Legal Question in Business Law in Kentucky
grant writing attorney
This company is a start up business, with most of our sales based on the internet, some in person to individuals and others to businesses. We do a little bit of all aspects of sales: Web-retail, Supply(sub-wholesale) and run (discounted-retail) Fundraisers, Wholesales to businesses. we even are expanding into original Design/Templates of Printing, more than before. Then, there is the Non-Profit division (with or without) the Fund-Raising, and Supporting the Arts section of this division. My problem is... What grant do I sign up for, and who do I get to help me write it all out to be a clear map of Us. So, that the company will have proper funding and be clarified when taxes are due. (And, of course, if at all possible to retain an attorney for the year.)

Re: grant writing attorney
To qualify for most grants, private or public, you will need to set up a separate IRC 501(c)3 nonprofit corporation or LLC. This entity can contract with your for-profit entity, but the funds cannot be commingled.
There are a number of governmental agencies, state, local and federal, which provide grants for nonprofits which provide fundraising services to other nonprofits.
