At haunted houses where they physically touch you, are you required to sign a release form?

They shouldn't ever touch you at a haunted house, except perhaps on accident. However, if they're going to, they would need your permission. If they notify you of it, and you still enter, I'd say you've consented to be touched, no release necessary. But they might want a release from any liability resulting from the activity, for instance, if you get so startled you fall down and hurt yourself. How effective such a release actually is against negligence of the haunted house, however, is questionable.
