Can health provider drop dependants from your coverage based on non response to a mailing?
Note from employer:
If you have dependants on your insurance and you receive a letter, you must submit the requested information to the address or fax number in the letter. If you fail to submit the necessary information, your dependants may be removed from the insurance.

Probably. You'd have to review all of the documents to know for sure. Insurance companies are a special brand of evil, they work very hard at it.
