Legal Question in Business Law in Kentucky
I was laid off by my company because they said they had to make cut backs. Now less the 60 days later they are hiring more people and expanding in my department.
They did not give me a severance package and come to find out I was one of 2 people that got laid off in my department.
Do I have grounds for a law suite?

As a Franchise Attorney I am sorry to hear about this. Unfortunately, unless you had a written employment contact with the employer, your job is "at will." Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
