This is actually a very fact specific question. The overall answer is no, someone cannot come after your pesonal assets if incorporated, but . . . .
There are situations where a court will "pierce the corporate veil" and allow someone to go after personal assets. If you have a more specific set of facts you are operating from, I suggest you consult with an attorney.
