Legal Question in Business Law in Kentucky
Refund of account balance
My wife went to a dental center and wecontracted for a dental prosthesis be made to be used with dental implants. We paid the full amount, $ 8,500.00 up front. After a period of time, my wife decided she did not want this dental center to continue the work. We have an unused balance of $ 7,500.00 and the center is refusing to refund the balance and give us the product that they have made and we have paid for.

Re: Refund of account balance
A lot here depends on whether the contract was written or not and what the terms of the contract say. It would be worthwhile to take the contract to an attorney and get an opinion on this.
If the work to be done could be grouped into distinct steps, there is an argument for getting the refund.
