Reinstatement after LLC involutary dissolution
Our small company received an involuntary certificate of dissolution for failure to file 2oo4 annual report within 60 days after due.This is our 1st year.Mt question is how do we reinstate our company?

You can file your report online at the Kentucky Secretary of State's website (kysos.com) and pay your fees. It's no problem. It happens alot with newer companies.
