Terminating a Business
How can the people of a city get rid of an unwanted business in their town?

Well, there is the traditional method of forming an angry mob, waving pitch forks, dunking the business owner in tar and feathers and then rolling them out on the closest railway.
The modern, and some claim more civilized, method is to use zoning laws and other laws, usually focused on what is considered indecent behavior, to make it expensive for unwanted businesses to take root. However, there are some strong Constitutional protections that limit how far such steps can go.
