Legal Question in Business Law in Kentucky
unlawful
My company has just presented the managers with a new list of things that they may write up any Team Member for. But, we've been told these will NOT be posted on the bulletin board. If anyone is written up for any 3 things, they will be fired. Yet, they won't know what they are. Examples (I work in HR, that's why I know some of them) Parking your car wrong. Littering. etc. I really think we can get in to some legal trouble with this. The manager who's doing this has done it without talking to our attorney. Is this trouble with a capitol ''T''?

Re: unlawful
I think that he should run it by the company attorney. "T's" take too big an eraser to correct.
