Legal Question in Business Law in Kentucky
I'm wanting start a club where young men in my area have a chance to come and fight, what all would I need? Such as waivers for injuries or even death? And what if they are under the age of 17? What would I need for minors? And if I was going to charge people to fight how would I go about that?
