i work in kentucky, my boss says i have to use my vechicle to go elsewhere to pick up donuts for the store. do i have to use my vechicle for store use

I don't suppose you have to, legally-speaking. Of course, I also suppose your boss doesn't have to employ you either. I'd suggest continuing to make the donut runs, and either ask for mileage reimbursement (the current federal rate is $0.50 per mile) or you can deduct it on your taxes. Just keep records, a mileage book with dates and mileage will do.
