Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Kentucky
Banned
In a retail mall, can you be banned from a store because you walk through that store to get to the mall area or use their public restrooms if you are not shopping in that store?

Re: Banned
It is private property. Unless the banning was done to discriminate against you based on Race, ethnic or religious background, or sexual orientation, yeah you can be banned.
Consult a lawyer if you think you were improperly banned. There may be a civil rights case there.
Good luck.
