Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Kentucky
Right to see my father
My mother-in-law's brother is trying to keep her from seeing her father. Is this legal or does she have ever right to see her father even if he lives with her brother?

Re: Right to see my father
She is an adult, the person she's trying to see is an adult. If they want to meet, they'll find a way. If, however, the brother is the legal guardian through probate court, she can petition the court to stop him from interfering.
