Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Kentucky
Law suit against company you work for
I was wondering if you did not join a law suit that was against your company you work for but other employees did, is there a way you still might get paid in the law suit? There was a law suit against the company I work for that I did not join, I should have but I missed the dead line. We worked ours we werent paid for. Can the judge still rule that everyone should get paid even though they did not join the law suit or am I screwed? If the case gets settled can I sue the company for the same thing?

It depends. What kind of lawsuit is it? When was the deadline? Are you willing to file your own lawsuit?
