Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Kentucky

Re: Racial Discrimination at Walmart/Sams Club

dI am a daily shopper at my local Sam'c club for my business needs. Over the past year myself and my business partner have been racially harassed at least 3 times. One time a male employee said to me and my business parter, ''I like hot choolate''. When we told someone they just laughed and did nothing. On the last occasion the cashier refused to check us out and said he would be fired before he fixed our cart. All because we asked him to not smash our bread! There are plenty of witnesses and managment acknowledges that it all transpired. They told me to mind my business and let them handle thier employees. I would like to pursue legal action and need to know how to find an attorney to handle my case. My father is a criminal defense attorney and said I need someone that handles federal cases. I really need someone to tell me where to go from here. My business partner is black while I am white and problems only arise when he is with me. A black employee was fired for arguing with a white employee and the guy that refused to help us was not even reprimanded. I asked for an apology from the employee and managment and recieved nothing. The corporate office asked me to wirte a statement, should we do this? Any suggestions what to do
