reading you your rights
Do the police have to read you your rights when they arrest you? If it depends, then id like to kno what it depends on?

It depends upon whether or not they are going to question you as the suspect of a crime. If they are, then they must provide you with your Miranda warnings. If they do not question you, then the warnings are not required. It all turns on questioning.
