Legal Question in Technology Law in Kentucky
Found Pictures
I am in the military so I wanted to find out if there were any issues on the civilian side and/or military side if possible. I have a soldier under me who works on computers. He was working on a computer for a female in our unit. While working on it he found some pictures of this female, some were nude. He then gave some of these pictures to some other soldiers in our unit. Now she is trying to get sworn statements from soldiers that he showed the pictures to saying that he is the one that gave the pictures to them. I wanted to find out if this soldier can get in any trouble for this. I was thinking that being in the military the female could actually get herself in trouble. Either way, any assistance would help. I want to make sure that he doesn't end up getting himself in trouble for something if there is nothing for him to get in trouble for.

WHose computer was it? What was the agreement re: access or repair? In Writing?
I need more info to advise. There could be civil liability for invasion of privacy, at the least.
