used car return
can you return a used car in kentucky? sold as/is from dealer but in less than a 24 hour period had to be towed home and have not had this car even 3 days and come to find out they told me it was a 92 model but acorroding to the vin# its a 91

In Kentucky, when you buy a used car, "as is" once you drive it off the lot, it is yours with all its benefits and disadvantages. The only exceptions are if the dealer failed to tell you the title was branded as salvaged, that the vehicle had $1,000 in damage while in the dealer's possession or if there was some durress or fraud in the sale. You may be able to make a fraud argument based on the difference in model years, but it will not be easy.
